Juneteenth Parade on Saturday, June 18
Our RBI Austin community is participating in the upcoming Juneteenth Parade next Saturday, June 18, and we’d love to invite you to join us at this East Austin community event.
Come enjoy the Juneteenth Parade festivities at Rosewood Park (2300 Rosewood Ave, Austin, TX 78702) any time between 10am – 2pm. All members of the RBI Austin community are invited to attend.
A few highlights:
- The Greater East Austin Youth Association (our longtime partner at Mabson Field) puts on this event each year.
- Our 16U RBI Austin Black Senators team plans to be in the parade.
- Parade starts at Disch Falk Field and ends at Rosewood Park, where food and festivities take place.
- This is such an important event for our East Austin Community, and many of our community partners, families, and kids participate in this event every year.
- We intentionally did not schedule any summer league games on 6/18, so that families, kids, and staff were able to participate and support our community.
